I received the Chaga Immunity Anti-inflammatory Antioxidant supplement from Havn Life for free (#gotitfree) from PeopleTail in exchange for an honest review. With COVID-19 (and its many variations) still very much active worldwide, we are nowhere near out of the danger zone. We need to remain cautious and alert, doing all that we can to prevent ourselves from getting sick. Many of us have had the opportunity to receive our first doses of our vaccinations, but that does not mean we are out of the woods. It is a great form of protection, but even upon receiving the second doses, we will still be susceptible to contracting COVID-19, as the vaccinations are only 95% effective.
We need to build up and strengthen our immune systems, in order to help combat anything that may come our way. This Havn Life supplement is made up of chaga mushrooms, which are nature's superfood. They are the second highest antioxidant-rich food on the planet. They help support the immune system and aide in controlling inflammation in the body.
I have found that upon taking this supplement for a short amount of time, my body is feeling the difference. The job I have is very physical, and normally by mid-day I can already begin to feel the toll it can take on my body. I also like to walk (several km per day), but my feet /legs tend to be very sore and achy near the end of the day. This product has helped alleviate any pain I had been experiencing, and has allowed me to enjoy my walks once again. I am a lot less sore when I get into bed at night, and I look forward to seeing how I will feel upon further use of the supplement.
