I love the mountains & being outdoors. However, sometimes my anxiety can get in the way, overthinking, worrying about what could go wrong.  I’m always looking for ways to help overcome this.

 A few years ago I heard about #lionsmane which is a type of mushroom.  I read that it can help with with mild anxiety, or depression, it also helps balance the immune system & is filled with antioxidants which protect against free radical damage.  I have been taking Lion’s Mane for a few weeks & have already noticed I feel calmer. Have you heard of Lion’s Mane? What do use it for?
